Neste domingo, 01/11/2026, das 9h à 11h, celebraremos o Lha Bab Düchen com um Lama ChöpaA guru yoga practice composed by the First Panchen Lama, Lobsang Chökyi Gyaltsen, that brings together all the stages of the sutra and tantra paths. At the centre it is held every morning and, on Sundays, in the presence of Venerable Kalden Rinpoche. O Lha Bab Düchen é uma das quatro datas mais sagradas do calendário budista. Celebrado no 22º dia do nono mês lunar tibetano, recorda um dos oito grandes feitos da vida do Buddha ShakyamuniThe historical Buddha, who attained enlightenment in India about 2,500 years ago and taught the Dharma to free all beings from suffering. Ao fim do retiro, os discípulos no reino humano ansiavam por ver o Tathagata e não tinham o poder de subir ao reino dos deuses. Pediram então a Maudgalyayana que fosse até ele e lhe suplicasse que voltasse. Movido por grande compaixão, o Tathagata anunciou seu retorno para dali a sete dias e desceu, acompanhado por Brahma e Indra, em Sankasya, no norte da Índia, por uma escadaria de lápis lazuli e outras pedras preciosas feita pelos deuses.
Celebrar a descida é recordar esses dois movimentos: a bondade suprema, que leva o Buddha Shakyamuni até sua mãe, e a grande compaixão, que o traz de volta para beneficiar todos os seresEvery being with a mind that has not yet attained enlightenment, in any form of life. Benefiting all of them is the motivation of the Mahayana.. Os Buddhas manifestam as suas atividades onde os seres sencientes os podem encontrar.
